These terms apply to everyone who uses or buys space on The Startup Wall ("the Wall"). By buying pixels you agree to them. The Wall is run by Shubham Belwal, Uttarakhand, India.
1. What you are buying
- The Wall is a 1250 × 800 pixel web page (10,00,000 pixels). You can buy a rectangular block of pixels and show your logo (or a colour), your startup name, hover text and a link.
- The price is ₹10 per pixel. The smallest block is 10 × 10 pixels (₹1,000). Prices are shown before you pay.
- It is a one-time payment. Your block stays on the Wall for as long as the Wall is online. There are no monthly fees.
- Pixels are sold first come, first served. Once a spot is sold it cannot be bought by anyone else.
2. Payment
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Your block goes live right after the payment is confirmed.
3. Content rules
You are responsible for the logo, name, text and link you submit. It must not:
- be illegal in India, or link to anything illegal;
- be adult, hateful, violent, abusive or offensive;
- be a scam, phishing, malware or misleading;
- use someone else's trademark, logo or name without permission.
We may remove or hide any block that breaks these rules, or that we are legally required to remove, without a refund.
4. Changes to your block
If you need to change your logo, link or text, email us from the address used at payment with your payment ID and we will help.
5. No guarantees
- We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks or sales.
- We try to keep the Wall online at all times, but short outages can happen.
- Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your block.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
