No refunds after your block is live

Your pixels are a digital product that is delivered instantly. Once your block is live on the Wall, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If something goes wrong, we fix it

If your block is not showing, your logo or link looks wrong, or anything else is not right, email us at thebangalorestartupwall@gmail.com with your payment ID and what went wrong. We will fix it.

When we do refund

You get a full refund only if we cannot deliver what you paid for, for example:

• money was deducted but your block could not be placed (for example, someone bought the same spot a moment before your payment arrived), or
• you were charged twice for the same block.

Email us with your payment ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5–7 working days after we process them.

Removed content

Blocks removed for breaking our content rules are not refunded.

Delivery

There is nothing to ship. Your block appears on the Wall automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
